The students who want to get admission must fill in the form giving complete information with necessary documents and in the presence of the parents/guardian and the principal, sign it.

In each class, the admissions are given according to the rules of the university, Government, Qualification and with the hope of being granted by the university.

F.Y. B.A. / B.Com. B.B.A., B.C.A. students must attach the original mark sheet of std: - 12, three copies of leaving certificate and two latest photo graphs of pass port size.

The students who want to get admission in F.Y must submit university Enrollment and Thelesemia form with complete information.

The students who have passed std: - 10 with more than one try, must, submit their all original marl sheet with two true photo copies of each one.

The students of the same college, who want to get admission in the next year, must submit their mark sheet of the last years Examination with two true copies.

The students from the other college who want to admission in this college must submit their ‘No objection certificate of the previous college, T.C. and mark sheet of the previous year’s Examination with a true copy.

The subjects which are taught in this college in a particular group, according to their only, the admission will be given.

The students from the other college must attach their application form for getting T.C. with the admission from only. This T.C. must be submitted before the end of the first term otherwise the admission will be cancelled.

Students present are compulsory. The students who will not follow the rules of discipline and present their admission will be cancelled.

The students where admission is cancelled once will not be able to get admission again.

The students from the other university must submit their temporary admission qualification certificate with the admission form. These students must present the medical report and the final eligibility certificate with in the given time before the end of the term.

The fees must be paid with in the given time after the time period is over, the fees will not be accepted and the admission will be cancelled.

The selection of the subject must be thought fully. From should be filled with own writing. Admission from with Corrections will be cancelled.

For changing the subject An application with the necessary fees should be given after the notice presented by the office within the given period.

Once the subjects are chosen then only for those subjects the students will be allowed to attend the term. Without the permission of the college, the students can’t change the subjects. If he does like this then the uniform will be rejected.

The students can’t change their streams after getting admission once. |

In S.Y., the subjects can be changed between main and subsidiary. New subject will not be allowed. |

Then the students can change any one out of these three subjects as the main subject.

As per the rules of the Government, if the reserved seats are not filled within the given time limit, the open category students will be able to get admission on those seats.

Changing of the subjects, with English or without English will be allowed as per the rules of the university and the students must pass those subjects.

The books taken from the college library must be submitted within a week.

The books from the book bank must be submitted within ten days after the exams are over If there is late submission in any case, the punishment will be meted out or fine will be charged and mark sheet and T.C. will not be given.

When the admission is taken, two passport sized copies if latest photograph should be submitted, one for college Identity card and the other for office use.

The students must follow the rules of peace, discipline and must participent in all curricular and extra circular activities with vigour.

The students should be present every day before the prayer starts. They should stand in position. Wherever they are in the college campus at that time and after taking permission of the professor, they can go to their classes.

Once the period/class is starts, nobody is allowed to leave. If the students are found in the lobby or doing acts of indiscipline in the other class will be punished officially.

The students must keep their Identity card with them. They should present it if ask for the college officials or the authority.

It is compulsory to read notice board for daily information. |

The students doing acts of indiscipline in the college will be debarred from the college or their admission will be cancelled.

If anybody is found doing act of indiscipline during the exams his/her admission will be cancelled and he/she will be charged under with indiscipline rules during the exams.

The benefit of free ship, scholar ship or prizes the students get will be discoutinue if they are found doing any thing wrong.

All rules applicable must be followed.

The students must submit a letter with their address along with the admission form.
