The students are given the choice from the five main subjects. From these five subjects they can choose any one, study and pass it and become a Bachelor of Arts. Alongwith this main subject, other subsidiary subjects mentioned below are offered by the college. The choice is offered if the subject is very important for the career of students. So, the choice should be made with clear understanding.

In the first year B.A. any one out of five main subjects should be taken and the subsidiary subjects offered with different main subjects are given in the above table.

Example, If Hindi is considered as the main subject, Gujarati will be the first subsidiary subject and Psychology will be the second subsidiary one.

Apart from main and subsidiary subjects, the students have to learn as a compulsory subject either Hindi or English as a compulsory subject. Those who want to study without English should opt for Hindi as a compulsory subject.

And one language should be studied along with above subjects and that is sanskrit Compulsory.

As per the rules of the university F.Y. B.A. students must get knowledge of environment and for that extra periods are arranged and it is compulsory for the students to attend periods, take its exam and pass it, at the end of the term.

One paper means one Subject of 100 marks. The information about the total papers in F.Y. B.A., S.Y. B.A. and T.Y. B.A. is given below.

To get admission in F.Y. B.A. one should be std: - 12th pass from any stream.
