Before getting admission in F.Y. B.A./B.Com., the students must keep 10-20 photocopies with them, so that they can if necessory submit the photocopy because the original copy will not be given back to the students before the end of the first term. (Un less they want their admission to be cancelled)

If the students get new admission in F.Y. B.A./B.Com. the original mark sheet of 12 Std. will be taken by the college which they should get back from the office in the second term after Deewali vacation.

The students must write their names exactly resembling those writeen in their mark sheet of the 12th standard.

To get admission in F.Y .B.A. / F.Y. B.Com the students must fill in the enrolment form of the university separately.

All the students are protected with Insurance by Saurashtra University if any students meet with any accident or death, in that case, economic help will be provided For this, the students must fill one special form along with the admission form. Only those who have filled this special form will get these benefit once it is filled in F.Y., there is no need to fill it in S.Y. & T.Y.

As per the rules of the Saurashtra University F.Y .B.A. / F.Y. B.Com. students must undergo their thalassemia test. For this, Rajkot voluntary blood bank arranges the camp free of charge in the first term. The date is shown in the notice board. Each student of F.Y .B.A. / F.Y. B.Com. must present their test-report. It is compulsory. Without the test-report, the University does not accept the exam forms.
